Palate: This wine shows excellent concentration of rich berry fruit flavours which intensify through mid palate supported by hints of chocolate. A smooth textured wine with firm round tannins and toasty finish.

Nose: Dark cassis, spice, choc mint and toasty oak notes.

Palate: A smooth textured wine with dark berry fruit flavours and spice with fine lingering tannins. An excellent wine with a long persistent finish.

Regional Grenache Shiraz Mataro

Nose: Lifted notes of dark cherry and blackberry fruit with subtle hints of dried herbs and spice.

Palate: Crimson red wine with generous cherry and blackberry fruits supported by nutmeg, spice, white pepper and some savoury, earthy characters. A generous, opulent palate complemented by fine grained tannins.

Selection Merlot

Nose: Lifted ripe dark fruits with hints of violets and spice.

Palate: Rich blackberry and red cherry fruit are complexed by hints of spice and plum. Subtle integrated oak and fine tannins lead to the flavoursome lingering finish.

Selection Shiraz

Nose: Lifted cherry berry fruit with a hint of subtle vanillin characters.

Palate: Rich full mid palate of plum and red berry flavours are balanced by the subtle oak, which imparts fine-grained tannin texture to the palate. Ideal for immediate enjoyment (or another couple of years in the cellar) this Shiraz is designed to please no matter when it’s opened.
